The mother-of-two had her ice blonde hair poker straight, and accentuated her stunning features with expertly-applied make-up.
It's likely the businesswoman was squeezing in a last-minute work meeting ahead of welcoming her third child - a daughter - with Kanye, 40, into the world via a surrogate any day now.
Kim's appearance comes after a 'scary' week, which saw the couple's son Saint, two, hospitalized for three days after falling victim to a bout of pneumonia.
The reality star praised her 'resilient' boy as she gave an update on his condition via social media on Tuesday, revealing he was hooked up to an oxygen machine.
'My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging,' she wrote alongside a snap of her with Saint on Christmas Eve.
'Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all!
'He's home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.'
Now Saint has recovered, Kim - who also raises daughter North, four, with husband of three years Kanye - is looking forward to achieving her new year's resolutions and goals.
The TV personality took to her app on Wednesday to share her aspirations for 2018, insisting she plans to spend less time on her phone and be 'in the moment' more.
Kim wrote: 'I hope everyone had an amazing, fun and safe New Year's! This time of year always makes me so thankful that I get to share another year with those who mean the most to me.
'After overcoming some difficult times in 2017, I wanted to readjustment my priorities.
